Fudge Bites – Chocolate with Walnuts: 12-Piece Display

Many standout occurrences took place in the year 1866. Fisk University was established and Jesse James held up his first bank. But perhaps the most important is a letter written by Emelyn Battersby Hartridge. In her message, Hartridge details a sweet account of tasting a chunk of smoothly mixed sugar, butter, and milk or what we now know as fudge. Although the basic recipe has been upgraded for added flavor, like bits of walnuts found in this 12-piece display, the experience is just as sweet as it was back in 1866.
