No Sugar Added Cake in a Jar

Delicate white cake (sweetened with maltitol) filled and iced with fresh whipped cream (sweetened with Splenda or can be sweetened with stevia if requested in “special instructions”) and layered with sliced California strawberries and blueberries. Delicious in its simplicity and a no sugar added version of our cake in a jar!

This is a “no sugar added” option and not considered “sugar free”.
